What we Offer NOOR FOREX BUREAU is a certified foreign exchange company in Uganda with its head office located at Plot 7, Luwum Street Opp Universal House Behind Kampala Boulevard. NOOR FOREX BUREAU was incorporated in the year 2011, to offer forex bureau and money remittance services and is fully licensed and under the regulation of the Bank of Uganda. Through the maintenance of long-term strategic relationships with individuals ,local retailers , travelers, corporate and financial institutions so as to enable NOOR Forex Bureau provide retail foreign exchange and money transfer solutions. NOOR Forex Bureau also provides services ranging from offering foreign currency services, money transfers to mobile money services. Our services include rated visor, forex sales and purchase.
